Every inbound shipment to Smart Prep Services starts with a thorough receiving and inspection process at our Jamaica, New York warehouse. We verify carton counts, check for transit damage, and document condition with photos before any prep work begins.

This step protects Amazon sellers from sending non-compliant or damaged inventory to fulfillment centers. Our team flags discrepancies immediately so you can resolve supplier issues before units are labeled and forwarded.

Receiving, inspection, damage control, unit counts, and damage pictures are included at no charge with every inbound shipment. You also receive two weeks of free warehouse storage while prep is scheduled or completed.
